All my details are forthcoming. I will be adding more soon. Growing up in a real estate family and, I am now the 3rd generation of that legacy. (My daughter is the 4th and is quite happy as an Escrow Officer). My background encompasses 25 years+ in all aspects of the real estate community, prior to selling properties.
Mortgage banking, underwriting, secondary marketing, and more held my interest and focus for years. It is quite hard to summarize. My goal was always to sell real estate, whether single-family, commercial, or ag land.
Suffice it to say. I would love to talk with you, putting my background and tenacity to work for you.
28 years in the SF Bay area - 18 in the Central Valley and 8 years now on the Monterey Bay. All by starting with working for my grandfather in St. Louis, Missouri. I learned from the "Greats" and continue at every turn devouring the changes.
Each transaction I handle gets my full attention, and I enjoy it now as much as the day I began.

My name is Goob Boi Stanley. You can just call me Stanley. I live with 'She', and I take care of 'She' and 'She' takes care of Goob Boi. I am a rescued Standard Poodle. 'She' said my back story is sad, but I don't remember anymore, 'She' blocked all those memories from my mind. I am a happy Boi now. I also model at listings if you are interested. I don't charge anything. I am just happy being a Goob Boi.
